The School is seeking to appoint an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in Biomechanics on a permanent basis. The appointee will be expected to contribute to teaching and curriculum development across the School of Health and Human Performance, and in particular on the BSc in Sports Science and Health (SSH), and the integrated BSc in Athletic Therapy and Training (ATT) and MSc in Athletic Therapy and Strength and Conditioning (S&C). The appointee will be expected to carry out duties such as delivery of theoretical and practical modular content, student mentoring and support, supervision of student projects, work placement supervision, pursue research interests in an area of relevance to the School, collaborate on delivery of existing (and development of future) programmes within the School, and contribute to administrative activities in the School.

The post is based on the Glasnevin Campus of Dublin City University, and the appointee will report directly to the Head of School.
