Position: Research Assistant

Duration: 3-6 months (provisionally)

Responsibilities: Deliver exercise program to hip fracture patients after surgery as part of an MD project. 3-5 sessions per week for duration of hospital stay up to a maximum of 6 weeks per patient.

We aim to recruit a maximum of 25 patients for the exercise program for approx. 3-6 months. Exercise program will be chair/ bed based and delivered by bedside.

Additional responsibilities may include documentation of food intake, which will be straight forward and samples of documentation will be provided.

Location: University Hospital Waterford
